We are sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, you can return it in within 14 days from the day you received the order, to request a total or partial replacement. The order receive date is shown on the courier delivery receipt. If the goods are not returned within the days mentioned above, then Mina’s closet retains the right to refuse delivery of such return replacement or refund.
Qualifying for goods replacement or refund, you have to follow the next two steps:
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , explaining the reason of replacement or refund.
- Make sure that the returned goods are in excellent condition. That means, they must be unwashed, unused in any way, with the original tags/labels, with the receipt or the invoice of the purchase and their initial packaging.
Finally, Mina’s closet would like to clarify that, in case you choose to return the goods and have a refund, and that your initial order was free of charge, then the initial cost of shipping or anything else that might come up, will be retained from the amount of the refund.
In case you choose another courier company to return the goods, then you will cover the shipping costs. Returned goods through other courier company, charging the return cost to Mina’s closet will not be accepted.
From E.U and other countries
If for any reason you wish to return the goods, please note, the shipping costs or anything else might occur, will be covered by you. Mina’s closet will cover only and if the order was faulty or the item was defective.
In case you received faulty or defective goods, please send an email to email@example.com and we will refund the whole amount, with the same paying method.
In case you want to change the goods with no reason, then the return cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within 10 business days. Please note that you cannot return bathing suits and goods which are on sale.
