Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. No orders are taking place or shipped during weekends and National holidays. If your country is not included in our list, please contact us at info@minascloset.gr for further information.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping tracking number. Please make sure that the shipping details are correct and that there will be someone to receive the package and sign upon delivery of your order. If there is nobody to pick it up, then it will be returned to us within a week. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by you.
Mina’s closet has no responsibility for lost packages or any delays that might occur due to weather conditions.
All orders in Greece will be delivered by Speedex courier within 1-3 business days. Please note that, for areas with accessibility issues, the delivery will be made from the local branch.
We also provide a Cash and Delivery service with extra 2,00€ and free shipping for orders with value over 150,00€

For Zones 1, 2, 4, 5 and UK the delivery estimated time is 3-6 business days.
